Tully Health Center was established as part of Stamford Health’s ongoing commitment to expand and improve healthcare services in Fairfield County and surrounding areas. Stamford Health, which operates Stamford Hospital and several outpatient facilities, recognized the need for a dedicated outpatient center that could offer specialized care outside the traditional hospital setting. Tully Health Center was born out of this vision, providing a centralized location for patients to access high-quality care in a more convenient and less intimidating environment than a hospital.
